InterBeing lab focuses on whole family health by increasing caregivers’ intrapersonal and interpersonal well-being with effective reflective practices, such as mindfulness, self-compassion, and mindful parenting. Our ultimate goal is to increase caregivers’ capacity to promote stronger positive childhood experiences for young children and family relationships.

My research interests lie at the intersection of developmental and forensic psychology, focusing on how human development shapes legal outcomes and behaviors within the justice system. By examining how Adverse and Positive Childhood Experiences (ACEs and PCEs) alter cognitive, emotional, and social development across the lifespan, I aim to strengthen support systems and interventions for vulnerable populations.
Fun-fact: I have a radio show on WUSC 90.5!
